Am I able to change the Location of my Palette?

Yes, you need to click on FILE and then PREFERENCES

 

You will be able to select a SQUARE or HORIZONTAL palette and the location of the Palette (TOP RIGHT, TOP LEFT, BOTTOM RIGHT AND BOTTOM RIGHT)
