Support Contracts
Costcon comes with a 3 month free support period to cover clients during the installation phase. This entitles the client to any new versions during this time, plus support from the qualified installers.

After a three month warranty period a support contract is introduced.

This contract provides you with new versions of software, access to our problem logging system (user id is supplied for customers on a support agreement) and email support for no additional charge - with the exception of any training requirements for new staff in the future. This contract also incorporates free installation of the new versions of CostCon and documentation of the new features.

The contract ensures all ongoing costs are incorporated in the one monthly fee, enabling client's to have a known support and software license cost.

A full set of CostCon manuals are uploaded to your site at the time of any upgrade.
