Support Options
A full set of support services are provided through our reseller network however all support services are incorporated in our support contract described above.

As part of our service remote access to your site using a secure environment (as agreed with your IT provider) ensures an effective service is provided.

We also encourage our reseller network to form partnerships with their clients to retain an ongoing account liaison role. Their feedback ensures we improve the package to meet the client base’s needs.

All support requirements are initiated through our centralised Help desk service. The Helpdesk support for Manoca is outsourced to Manux Solutions who are the developers of Costcon.
